vsimer ("we", "us", "our") refers to vsimer Ltd., the operator of this platform.
User ("you", "your") refers to any individual who accesses or uses our website or purchases an eSIM plan.
eSIM refers to an embedded SIM that is activated digitally without a physical SIM card.
Plan refers to any data package or connectivity product sold through vsimer.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase eSIM plans. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
vsimer reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these terms.
To purchase plans, you must register for an account using a valid email address. Account access is secured via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must notify us immediately at support@vsimer.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
You may not transfer or share your account with others. Each account is for the sole use of the registered individual.
All eSIM plans are sold subject to availability. Data allowances, validity periods, and coverage areas are described on each plan's product page and may vary by destination.
Once an eSIM QR code has been delivered and scanned, the plan is considered activated and no refund can be issued. It is your responsibility to verify device compatibility before purchase.
eSIMs are device-locked and non-transferable between devices. vsimer is not liable for plans that cannot be activated due to device incompatibility.
Data speeds may vary depending on local network conditions, carrier agreements, and congestion. We do not guarantee minimum data speeds.
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price shown at the time of purchase.
Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. vsimer does not store your full payment card details.
You authorise vsimer to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees.
Refunds are available only if the eSIM QR code has not been scanned or the plan has not been activated. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
No refunds are issued for unused data, expired plans, or plans that could not be used due to device incompatibility. Top-up plans are non-refundable once purchased.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
